Shipping Policies


Methods and Times

Ceramics: Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information will be emailed to the address included in the order. Shipping costs are determined by weight and will automatically calculate for each order. Shipping overages charged will be refunded if they are above $3. Orders of multiple items will ship together in one box, if possible. Insurance is included.

Apparel: Apparel is printed on demand and will ship directly from the printer. I am not able to combine shipping for orders with apparel - they will always ship separately.

International: Please fill out the contact form to request a quote for international shipping. New international shipping regulations have made it more difficult to pre-estimate shipping charges.

In the case of an international shipment, all customs and duties fees will be paid by the buyer. Shipping times can vary and I typically have no way to track orders after they leave the US. I cannot guarantee delivery within a certain time frame.

Returns and Exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me within 48 hours if you are not satisfied with your purchase to discuss options. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in the original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Breakage: Ceramics are packaged very carefully to ensure breakage doesn’t occur during shipping, but if something breaks in the mail, please send me a photo of the box and of the broken item within 48 hours of delivery.

Other Information

Sales tax will be added to all California purchases.

Combined Shipping: Multiple items in the same order are automatically combined into one shipment to save the customer money on shipping. If you would like your order to ship in separate packages or shipped to multiple locations, please check-out separately for each address or separate package, so the shipping cost can be calculated correctly.

Pre-order Items: shipping times provided in the product listing override shipping times listed on the shipping policy page.
